Today, I tried to re-create my last UGC video and this time got this as a result.
So last time I create a 15 sec video for skin care product then it was too good. but this time I swapped the character reference then I got this one.

My question is at what point it felt that this is AI, or what can be improved?

Coding is easy marketing is hard !!!
4 months in since I launched my startup. 11 paying customers but my God the marketing grind is HARD. Building is naturally easier for me given I've been a full-time engineer for over a decade.

What's worked for me is free resources and a few short-form videos. I'm finally out of the "build all the features" mode and only focusing on getting the product in-front of people. Do I like it? No... But yes it's necessary.
