@LloydsBank Thanks, it’s no issue getting in touch, we’ve been in branch, and we’ve been online, and contacted Lloyds via phone. Being able to use a bank card though? that’s something that can’t be done. The tone of the person we have spoken was disgusting, at like you say a difficult time.
