An update for anyone involved in rhe @easyJet Flight on Jun 2, 10:30 that was cancelled. CDG airport have confirmed the cancellation that easyjet claims never happened. Just get in touch with the airport and they will help you out with the evidence you need. #easyjet

Hi @easyJet. This morning we were at CDG Paris and arrived to every board saying flights were cancelled. At the desk we were given a leaflet about what to do if our flight was cancelled. We arranged alternative transport back to the UK due to the next flight 32hrs later.

@easyJet by far the worst experience I've had with an Airline. Can @ParisAeroport show CCTV footage the boards said cancelled I'm not sure what else to do. You should investigate this properly as being told by people looking at data on a screen who weren't at CDG is infuriating.

@easyJet Flight was 2774 1030am from cdg. Now we are being told that the flight was just "delayed" your data says so. Yet every board and your desk said it was cancelled and we were turned away from the airport. No one believes us. Other passengers had rebooked on other flights.
