@basedethos Gonna try this today! Thanks.
How does this breathing affect CO2 levels?
Been working on increasing my co2 tolerance of late- difficult and somewhat unpleasant but great results…
@zaidkdahhaj What is your general explanation for why people in places like Queensland have more skin cancer?
Love your work and have learned and implemented so much of what you teach! Please do keep it up.
@lowcarb_jenna@ClausCarlsen1 Thanks for the post and sorry you’ve been dealing with this.
I agree in general with everything you said EXCEPT about dead hangs- dead hangs made my sciatica worse, not better.
Back injuries are very particular and each responds differently. #1 rule - if it hurts, don’t do it
@TestoConsultant Are you aware of any body scans/ diagnostics that accurately report body comp? (Fat % etc)
The dexa scan and other scans seems to be way off to the point of being not that helpful…
Thanks
@nicknorwitz Good post on nitty gritty but in general—-
Eating food raises the body temp.
If body temp is high, appetite goes down so as not to over heat.
We’ve known this for awhile.
@ancienth_h@AlpacaAurelius What are your thoughts on grounding in terms of time?
5 min- x benefit
10 min- 2x benefit(?)
Like is it arithmetic? Logarithmic?
Obviously more is better but how much better?
