@KaiOStech The battery doesn't matter. Nothing matters, when the v16 update was released almost two months ago, and no one at KaiOS can explain why so many users haven't received that update or ever will. In the meantime, no WhatsApp, numpad unusable, SMSs are not received.

@KaiOStech @jaimitoGV WhatsApp support status haven't changed for the past 3 months. All we get is the same vague update. We'd appreciate more transparency. If WhatsApp could be accessed via the browser (like Telegram) it would be bearable, but since it's not, WhatsApp support is extremely urgent.

@KaiOStech Looking forward to its release in the middle east. I already use the phone, but keep my previous smartphone at home connected to WiFi and using WhatsApp on my laptop.
