@easyJet management finally agreeing to speak to us but they call at 6:30am and say I didn’t answer! Please do better this is ridiculous

@easyJet again let down by this companies complaint procedure refusal constantly for an escalation to resolve their apps glitch that they admitted too have emails to prove then finally a manager calls but at 6:30am then they mails to say we missed the call! Do better easyjet
