The original Chinatown was evicted and demolished by Detroit Housing Commission to build the Lodge; MGM Casino stands on top of the rest of the land. A second modern Chinatown was built centered around Peterboro & Cass and was busy, but faded by 1990s.

@Candace_Parker Iowa State fans are cheering for Drake because they're only 30 minutes apart, TONS of Iowa State fans live in Des Moines, TONS of Drake fans are also Iowa State fans, and there's many decades of good-hearted competitive history between these two basketball teams!
