@vodafone_es Buenos días, en mi mensaje anterior podeis ver el error "Message failed to send", "Delete for you" "Try again" - he copiado solo la parte inferior del mensaje por privacidad ya que contiene su nombre y datos de contacto. Aunque creo que ya encontró una manera de solucionarlo.

@wizzair I need to add a child (13) to an existing reservation, I can't do it online. I've tried calling the call center but more than 25 people in the queue and estimated waiting time is 30 minutes! (at £1.50/min). Any other way to proceed with this? Thank you.
