Upper Lisburn Rd & Finaghy Rd South are noticeably quieter with schools off, but cars, vans & HGVs are still using Orpen as a rat run (some at speed) all to save a minute instead of waiting at the Crossroads. Something needs done for the sake of residents @OrpenPark @deptinfra

@KateNicholl @Bruceage Good luck with the pedestrian crossing 🤞 , but with our experience in dealing with the @deptinfra and whatever minister it happens to be at the time. I wouldn't hold my breath.

@deptinfra @ClaireHanna @PaulaJaneB @DeirdreHargey @sbunting_ You carried out a consultation with the OPRs which returns showed that over 90% are in favour of traffic calming measures being introduced in the street. Years later NO CHANGE! Let's wait until the inevitable happens.
