#P1Live not sure if controversial opinion... Do you think you'll ever see a Newey designed car win a Grand Prix again?
I'd love to see it, but wouldn't bet money on it ๐ซ
@talyn256 Only had a quick read, but yeah that's definitely a way to look at things and, whilst I'd perhaps not see/say it all the same way, there's things I can wholeheartedly agree on.
There's always some balancing to do, especially for things that are outside my team/dept.
Spotify DJ just dropped @mylomusic's Emotion 98.6 from Destroy Rock & Roll. Instant throw back!
Right after the "tuuuuune" moment you get that uneasy feeling and reminder it's from way back when... go to find out it's 20yrs old ๐ฅฒ
Good reason to give the whole album a spin tho!
.@SkySportsF1 re Leclerc... Checo got out the car, theb got back in to go out and serve his penalty.
Isn't the problem for LEC having external assistance (marshalls) to move the car, rather than the driver getting out?
I'm not an expert of course
First time back at @TapasSanJuan. Better than ever, the staff are amazing and the food is to die for โค๏ธ
This is the place that really makes me wish I spoke Spanish, if only to pronounce Carrilleras better! It's a new fave from the menu, nudging out the saquitos ๐

@scareyjoe@ant_thomas @danhett You end up with two paths to power the lamp:
Up the perm L wire which goes to the PIR switch
Or through a wall switch and then up the Switched L conductor to the outside light.
The two parallel switches act as an OR function so either the PIR or wall switch can light the lamp.
@scareyjoe@ant_thomas @danhett You can have PIR or On with one SPST switch and the PIR.
PIR acts as switch, so is fed with perm line. If motion is sensed, the PIR closes the circuit and the light comes on.
For light on override, there's the L' or SL which you feed from the switch and directly powers the bulb
@scareyjoe@ant_thomas @danhett Probs more likely if the random cable is on the first floor on an outside wall, where it would be about the height you'd mount a PIR floodlight outdoor
@scareyjoe@ant_thomas @danhett Outside light with PIR?
Can have a normal, permanent line which goes up to the light in order for the PIR to trigger it, then you've got a switched line for wiring to an indoor switch for an override-on mode.
Usually don't wire it into a 3-pin plug though!
@ChappoLife@andre_lefevre@campbellclaret@ZacGoldsmith I can easily imagine someone asking him to draft a letter.
I've helped friends write letters of resignation from jobs I've not had, and applications to jobs I didn't apply for.
@DJSnM If train cost vs performance/punctuality keeps regressing back home in ๐ฌ๐ง, I'm feeling coast to coast, or EDB to LON is going to cost similar / take as long.
Don't think we're getting space based travel domestically neither.
@SpaceY_UK@SciGuySpace France is a long term ally and a favourable country for export, so I'd imagine it's probably not too hard to do.
Have any cooperation payloads (like JWST) needed export licenses to fly from there? Could mean the groundworks already been done
