Jira is a project management tool for software development. Jira is used in many projects, only too bad, Jira is proprietary.
Luckily, there is a software project management tool called Redmine, which is fully #foss. So be smart use foss, use Redmine.

When it comes to pdf Adobe #Acrobat is King. But like always in our stories, Adobe delivers proprietary software.  We use LibreOffice Draw for the creation of our pdf's. In our experience, it is as good as the closed counterpart and of course #LibreOffice Draw is #Foss .
