What happens during a root canal?
Inside each tooth is a soft tissue called the pulp, which contains nerves and blood vessels. If the pulp becomes infected (due to deep decay, cracks, or injury), a dentist or endodontist will:
1. Numb the tooth with local anesthesia.
2. Make a small opening in the tooth.
3. Remove the infected or damaged pulp.
4. Clean and disinfect the inside of the root canals.
5. Fill and seal the canals.
Usually place a filling or a crown to protect the tooth.
Acne extraction is a skincare procedure where clogged pores like blackheads, whiteheads, or pimples are manually cleared out. It’s commonly done during professional facials by a dermatologist or licensed esthetician
There are two main types of cupping:
Dry cupping : Cups are placed on the skin and suction is created using heat or a pump.
Wet cupping : Also called Hijama, this involves making small superficial skin incisions after suction is applied, allowing a small amount of blood to be drawn out.
A glimpse into cupping therapy: Rooted in traditional healing practices, cupping therapy involves applying cups to the skin to create controlled suction. This process is believed to enhance blood circulation, relieve muscular tension, and support relaxation and recovery.

The day you realize no one is coming to save you and that your life is entirely your responsibility is the day you take your first real step toward success.
