@RobLooseCannon I think there was a turntable years ago in the floor of its garage on Hawkins St so that the CEO could drive in forwards, then have the car turned so he could drive forwards when leaving.
@AskJoeTV@gguworld Respectfully disagree. Serviceable, swept along by the greater talent in the band. His drumming suited a lot of the music, but nowhere near the pantheon of greats. When you watch their live gigs with excellent percussionists on stage you get a glimpse of what might have been.
@bigmonsterlove It's a classic. Richard Burton at his finest, and it was filmed in Dublin, with Smithfield standing in for Checkpoint Charlie. Love that film.
@KillianM2 Everyone waiting the entire show for his dream guest and unrequited crush Meryl Streep to appear, but t'was not to be for Gaybo.

@1000GigGuy@Vicar_Street I also suspect the last return (in darkness by way of protest) was after checking the minimum duration he had to perform contractually without penalty.
@paranoiacs Hard to beat the unique experience of the full 69 song set performed over three nights though! Quite the emotional rollercoaster. Came out appreciating the magic of that album even more.
@hering_david Managed to get to all three of these performances. Hearing Invitation to the Blues, Heart of Saturday Night, Hoist that Rag, etc etc was a life milestone never to be forgotten.
