Google support in the last two years is the most unpleasant and least effective support system I've ever interacted over my last 30 years of working in IT. It's truly terrible. Both for the support folks forced to try to provide the support and for users getting support.

@technomooney Elon's war on media organizations and complete failure at content moderation aren't sustainable. Maybe @NPR will be able to buy twitter from him. It's time for some official National Public Social Media! They should create a kick-starter for it... or I should. ;-)
I'm back on twitter now that I've gained a healthy optimism for it's future given the changes and comments that @elonmusk has been making.
I expect it to be better than it's been in years within a year or two.
AI is about to enable terrible cameras take amazing pictures. Within a few years it's going to enable us to take pictures without a camera. Im very excited for this.
I predict a look back at the fossil records of 22-23 reveal a #socialmedia#cambrianexplosion. And although I don't see how; I expect that this results in more connected/robust and responsive social media ecosystems in the future.

Getting notifications of friends moving to other platforms and I just installed Snapchat and TikTok (again) after which the play store suggested I might want to install Tumblr and I agreed!
Need to look for the 2022 version of tweet-deck to publish to every social at once.
Somehow, twitter being #MUBAR, #muskedup beyond all recognition, feels a little like the early days of social media and web 2.0. It makes me want to start signing up for novel platforms to see what's out there.
