The Import Promotion Desk (IPD) in collaboration with Agriculture and Food Authority - Horticultural Crops
Directorate, today held the 1st Round Table meeting for Women Horticulture Exporters.

The forum aims at promoting Women in Global Trade through capacity building, awareness creation on gender issues in international trade, and coordinating a mentorship programme among the women exporters and with other women in agribusiness globally.

The event, co-convened by Dr. Thomas Wilde - the Regional Expert IPD-Hub Kenya and Christine Chesaro the Director - Horticultural Crops Directorate, was officially opened by Dr. Rosebella Langat, a board Member at Agriculture Food Authority

@ImmigrationKen2 And finally, can you please ask your officers to save our passport pages...we love them rubberstamps of exit and entry but we would appreciate if new pages weren't opened when there was space in previous pages... Renewal of passport is a nightmare in Kenya

@ImmigrationKen2 I need to place a complaint with clearance once we arrive at JKIA.. can immigration leave just one counter squarely for Kenyans. Yesterday I arrived via LH 590 that landed at 21:50pm.I was cleared at 23:15pm... huduma mbora was not my right😥

@ImmigrationKen2 I do travel a bit but everywhere I go... Citizens are treated special if you arrive late, you are shown to the front of a specific counter will... Now I ask myself... Was I to be uncomfortable at the queue so that I be cleared huko mbele 🤔
