Exchange old @RoyalMail stamp for new barcoded stamp? Surely at @PostOffice ? NO, much simpler: go to website, download & print form, get envelope, post envelope to Royal Mail, open envelope at Royal Mail, send new stamp in new envelope, No wonder Royal Mail is not making profit
