It's a phone app and browser extension. Basically anything you can bookmark or share, you can save to raindrop. Tag, note, sort, organize.

It saves offline ai-efficient copies of many pages.

Several other useful features, though I'm not sure how effective it is at saving memes (photos video) with automated analysis, you'd need to tag or note it properly when you saved it or create a tool or process..
