The most important medical intervention of all time?

I pick handwashing with soap and water with a 20 second scrub!!!

Then diagnostic imagining: ultrasound, cat scan and MRI. The # of exploratory surgeries stopped!

Nursing is about basics of Health and we need to get homes back to independent status again !!

It will be the family & neighborhood grandma’s, the church woman’s circle

That sets the tempo of recovery from a crisis

Not the politicians

They will help mobilize the “husbands” and men to the tasks

The politicians will hide until they can take the credit!

Remember the unity that happened after 9/11

The city of New York responded as ONE FAMILY to the needs of their own

As we move forward

I challenge every major city to remember that time

That they answer as one

And rise above the politics

And take care of each other!

By directing the talks towards their answers

As we, the citizens, vote
