This individual Dr Frederick emojevbe, is a fraudster and once a director at BETTA at old bodija Ibadan Oyo state. He frauded me £1000 in 2005 to secure admission for me in Halifax college UK but escaped from Oyo state police command custody but now president IDP Africa.
