@verizonfios sent me a new STB but when I turn it on I see error message:
Your file was not found
It may have been moved or deleted.

What's the solution?

@VerizonSupport This is a new STB that was mailed to us to replace an older one we were told will stop working in June. The older STB worked fine just before I shut it down to replace it with the new one.

History has taught us to be afraid of upgrading @Windows . Nightmares abound from 3.x to 95 to 98 to XP to 7... But I finally gave in to upgrading 10 to 11; apart from a bit of UI cheese that moved, everything just works. Took them decades but they finally figured it out.
