@MuseumIngabo
Our studio was more than a place for art, it was a space where technology and creativity came together to inspire the next generation. Even with limited resources, children had the opportunity to explore, create, and discover beyond the school curriculum.
As the museum is temporarily closed, we look forward to welcoming children again in our new space, where they will continue to build their curiosity, creativity, and reasoning skills through art and technology.
TUESDAY of building,
7DAYS. SAME CONVICTION
Proud to be part of the RWA wave.
The technology keeps changing, but the reason I’m still here is simple:
I want to see what happens when artists truly build with the internet, not just on it.
What made you stay in Web3?
BREAKING: Kenya Government brings 30M+ academic credentials on chain with Avalanche
Through @KNECKenya, academic records are now verifiable and forgery-resistant, with Avalanche powering the national verification layer.
Tokenization is only the beginning. What really matters is the legal structure, how the tokens represent real ownership, and how real cash flows reach investors @B_E_Labs 🧏
Real World Asset protocols are often discussed in terms of access and tokenization.
But what really matters is how they structure deals behind the scenes.
Bringing assets onchain is not just about representation, it is also about recreating real world financial systems in a way that actually works onchain
SPVs, token issuance, and cash flow distribution are the three layers in this
SPVs: The Legal Foundation
Before anything goes onchain, there needs to be a legal structure
This is where Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) come in
An SPV is a separate legal entity created to hold an asset. It becomes the official owner, while investors gain exposure through it.
This matters because blockchains cannot enforce real-world ownership.
Legal systems do
So the SPV acts as the bridge, ensuring that token holders have enforceable claims backed by real agreements.
Without this layer, tokenization would lack credibility
But depending on the deal, protocols might also use trusts, fund structures, or series LLCs
Token Issuance: Creating Onchain Representation
Once the asset sits inside the SPV, the next step is turning those claims into tokens
These tokens can represent equity interests, debt, or rights to future revenue
Instead of paper agreements, ownership becomes digital, divisible, and easier to transfer
Rules like compliance checks, transfer limits, and investor access can be built directly into the tokens
At the same time, issuance still has to align with regulation, which is why many protocols include KYC and investor restrictions.
So while tokens live onchain, their structure is shaped by offchain requirements
Cash Flow Distribution: Delivering Real Value
Tokenization alone is not enough, value comes from cash flow.
When the underlying asset generates income, whether through rent, interest, or repayments, that value needs to reach token holders.
Typically, income is first collected offchain by the SPV
It is then converted and distributed onchain, often using stablecoins
Smart contracts handle the allocation based on how much each user holds.
The challenge here is connecting offchain income to onchain systems.
This requires reliable processes, transparency, and consistent reporting
When done well, users receive real yield tied to real economic activity.
Bringing It Together
RWA protocols are not just putting assets onchain they are rebuilding financial structures in a hybrid form
- SPVs provide legal backing
- Token issuance creates access
- Cash flow distribution delivers value
Each layer plays a role.
And the strength of the system depends on how well they work together.
So basically tokenization is just the starting point the real difference comes from how these deals are structured and sustained over time
Did this make RWAs clearer or nah?
Whether you’re discovering authenticated artworks, exploring tokenized assets, or participating in the future of art ownership, your journey starts here.
This is more than a platform.
It’s the foundation for the next generation of Art RWA.
