@talldarknweirdo The metal application gun (and large screw in cans) makes it so much better. Flow control moves from the can to the tip — which makes stopping a bead just where you want it easy — and I’ve left it sitting for months and can keep using the same can
Jon interviewed Leslie Rutledge, Arkansas Attorney General, about why her state banned gender-affirming care for minors - ignoring the guidelines of major medical organizations and taking the decision out of parents’ hands. Watch the full interview on @AppleTVPlus
@crowd_supply I hope that is the case - but my understanding is that Intel requires tight NDAs around the Movidius chips - which prevents designs from being open sourced. I might be misinformed and there is a way to open source a design, but it doesn’t bode well that the PDFs are so abridged
@crowd_supply You might want to change the OpenNCC page - it does not seem to be open hardware. The "schematic" they published has only 4 of the 10 pages of the design (https://t.co/AXBnWY87Yo) and the "layout" is only top and bottom silk screen
@obra@lu_honghong I completely understand the allure of "could I design this?" I have that on cameras too (and mid-size 5-axis CNC, test equip...) I'd love to talk offline if you're interested -- I've led the development of a bunch of monocular, ring, and stereo cameras over the years.
@obra@lu_honghong If the CMV20000 (20 MP full frame) is of interest, I bought 5x JAI SP-20000C-PMCL cameras on eBay recently (crazy cheap). But, if you're designing a product -- likely not useful as it is way more expensive than APS-C sized ones.
@NickPinkston@govolition Looks very nice. This is a hard problem and one I'm glad folks are working on. FYI - I found a normalization issue on my first drill-down. 0.5 == 0.50 -- and when one is selected the field search empties, which makes finding the second one more time-consuming
