Round Swing % was sold as the solution to this issue and now it was thrown out the window.

I honestly feel like this decision has hampered the credit of HLTV slightly

It feels the same as if Zywoo gets 4 frags on an anti-eco. Yes, 4 frags in a won round but a 2k in a full buy likely has more impact.
