Chinese universities are now catching up with US universities, the Indian IIT system is still world-class.

Many of us do not know what time of the day it is. The term "Human Capital" must mean something.

A University Education is not a "luxury", it is an absolute necessity. The people who teach your child biology, physics, agricultural science, English Language, mathematics etc., in secondary school have to be university graduates.

If the Government of a developing nation cannot effectively subsidise quality public education - then that nation has no future in the 21st Century.
