A massive IT failure isn't @AirCanada 's fault & they're becoming aggressive when customers ask 4 help. Now...after traveling for over 12 hours, 4 cancelled flights, and 2 delays, I finally have a flight but no pilot. Is that @AirCanada 's fault? They'll probs blame someone else.
