Looking for a band 5 occupational therapist role, which I can utilise my Sensory Integration training in as I progress along my training. Do any of my network know of any available roles that could point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Rejection sensitivity is central to ADHD, autism, and cPTSD.
Mental health services rarely understand rejection sensitivity, which is why people in all three diagnostic categories are so often told there is something wrong with their personality.
There isn’t.

What I'd mentioned at the #NNPCF to MP David Johnston and #DfE about focusing on supporting teacher retention and creating sustainable environments for all.

I was dyslexic with the only support being “use a dictionary”.
I had undiagnosed ADHD, I wasn’t lazy and unorganised.
