These last 2 weeks I've done very unconfortable things where I just didn't feel like an expert. But honestly nothing beats going out of your comfort zone to help you broaden your horizon.

One of my biggest goals this year is to put myself in positions where I feel uncomfortable especially when it’s desirable for growth.

If I think of it and it seems uncomfortable I’m doing it.

That’s the barrier to entry.

So this means shifting away from knowledge workers to AI operators who supervise these agents.

It’s a big shift and worth paying close attention to, what you don’t want is to be left behind, this is unprecedented times.

SaaS - Software as a service.

These are generally most software tools. They typically have a near infinite upside once the software is built.

The current SaaS market sits at $230B
While the labour market is currently at $5.5T. (US figures)

What is SaS?

Its Service as Software (others call it Agents as a Software), the aim of this new branch is to replace the labour market with Agents (knowledge work/Robotics).

Where less humans are needed to do knowledge work, but instead an Ai Agent will think, act and react.

That’s why in romans it says
“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind”.

This is a call to keep renewing your mind and actively pursuing what defines you. Because the battle is not physical. But mental

I think I’m finally understanding this Bible verse a little more now

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”

It’s been a struggle ever since we were born. The world is always trying to condition our minds, because once you give that away you lose yourself. Your purpose, your drive. It’s a heavenly realm battle.

Knowledge is so cheap now.

The release of Gemini 3.0 has proven that.

What really matters is data.

Data is the modern day oil.

AI cannot do anything great without good data.

But if you own a lot of data and combine it with AI then you’re unlocked a new realm of knowledge.

The more I’m in the business of AI the more I realise that the data is the real gold.

If you have a product that you get data from, having that alone is gold for creating bespoke ai solutions with that data.
