3/ $SPKL: The full ZincFive management webcast w/ presentation slides can be replayed here. I highly recommend taking 20 minutes to go through this.

ZincFive is an interesting data center infrastructure play that just announced it's going public via $SPKL. The public float is tiny at 2.24M shares due to redemptions. There's only 5M $SPKLW public warrants which look undervalued.
I bought some commons and warrants this AM. I'm slowly getting back into SPACs. Details from Listingtrack below.
$SATS = 0.9 $SPCX (288m shares outstanding over 262m SPCX shares held)
By selling Echostar at $118 you are effectively selling $SPCX at $131, as to buy same $SPCX at $160 😘
[assuming all other Echostar assets worth $0 … which they are NOT!]
Day1 of the SpaceX IPO people sold (or worse shorted) $ASTS to buy SpaceX.
I think SpaceX risks following the IPO profile shown below on fast forward, given that rules were changed to allow insiders an earlier dump of SpaceX shares.

New Asian theater trend featuring fictional characters. The key? Combining the realism of live theater with the fantasy of the characters' powers 🔥

Andrej Karpathy spent 2h showing how he actually uses AI day to day
he's a co-founder of OpenAI and led AI at Tesla, so when he shows how he works, it’s worth watching
and the whole session is just him telling the machine what he wants in simple terms, like he's briefing a coworker
watch what's actually happening the entire time:
> he describes the task in normal words
> it goes off and does the work
> he glances at the result and nudges it with one more sentence
that's the whole skill, and you've had it since you learned to talk
the only gap between that and a worker that runs on its own is handing that sentence a schedule and the tools to act
check his work, then build the version that keeps working when you stop
