How do I get @Spotify to never play a particular song? I mute in suggested playlists, I constantly skip if it tries to play it. I listen to blues, alternative country, rock, metal and some northern soul. Yet still Spotify torments me with Groove is in the Heart.

I hate saying I work part-time. I have a paid job that’s 3 days a week. On the other 2 days and the weekend I do the work of several people as a single parent / carer / researcher into my kids additional needs. I am not ‘part-time’, I never stop.

@OVOEnergy Thank you, but it is a new smart meter? It was only fitted a couple of years ago? I also need to get a message across that I can’t submit the request reading.

Hi @OVOEnergy you’ve asked for a gas meter reading. The new smart meter is installed so I basically can’t read it. I’ve shoved my phone down the gap, and there is nothing displayed. Because of the angle of the meter, I can’t see any of the buttons to press. I can send photos
