@Namecheap No need to do that. Like I mentioned above, I already set up another hosting plan with another company. Is it possible to cancel the one with Namecheap & get a refund? Or do I just write off that wasted money to experience? 🤔 🤓

@Namecheap any idea why PositiveSSL isn’t installing properly? Bought new hosting plan yesterday, & status says “Pending” & “Your SSL is being installed via cPanel SSL auto-installer. Please allow up to 25 mins for SSL installation to complete” - but it’s been almost 24 hours.🤔

@Namecheap So… I set up web hosting with another company, and the SSL was in place almost instantaneously. 🤔 And… after 3.5 hours, I still haven’t heard back from your “support” people. 🤨 🤷‍♂️
