@mtnug Needle

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@mkiboneka when are you dropping epstein files Ugandan perspective

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@UEDCLTD we are having power outage in kisaasi dungu zone since yesterday

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@dtb_uganda @Airtel_Ug why would Kwasa Kwasa interest rate increase all of a sudden even with no record of late payment. (From 9% to 12%)

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@Airtel_Ug your social media custom service representatives have a comprehension problem. You ask them one thing and they answer something totally different. Why, why, why

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@mtnug There is a problem with your data system. Money is being deducted but the data not being credited. Also within the app under the balances section, the entry for data is not appearing

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@KFCinUganda Easy KFC Kyanja (at Shell Kyanja)

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@Airtel_Ug I already sent all this information but it seems as though there is no coordination in your teams. Case in point. My airtel money account has UGX 500, but internally in your databases, you will find UGX 499. How that happened, only God knows

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@Airtel_Ug Possible fraud in Airtel money. Airtel money balances reducing by sh. 1 (one shilling). All airtel money users should be alert

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@Airtel_Ug why doesn't Airtel Money get programmers who actually know how to program. How can a system tell you insufficient funds when you actually have enough funds

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@Airtel_Ug Imagine having your Airtel money balance reading one thing in the user interface and something else in the backend database. Is this another case of fraud inside Airtel Money?

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

Why does @Airtel_Ug employ clueless customer support reps who have no idea about the products they support

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@dtb_uganda I would like to meet the team that developed Kwasa Kwasa loan system to explain to us how to calculate 9% of a certain amount.

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@Airtel_Ug Airtel money is well known for its security problems. They are back at it again in partnership with @dtb_uganda robbing Ugandans with their Kwasa Kwasa loan system that gives loans at 9% but quietly charges 16%

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@dtb_uganda maybe I have been out of school for long, idk, kindly educate me. How is 9% of 642,000 = 102,720. Developers of Kwasa Kwasa loan system kindly defend your Math

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

Does @Airtel_Ug do some testing before integrating applications into their USSD menu. If so, then how did this Kwasa Kwasa loan thing by @dtb_uganda which calculates 9% interest at 16% make it to production.

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@Airtel_Ug @dtb_uganda it defies logic in every sense of the word how Airtel Uganda could commission a product like kwasa kwasa in their ussd menu. This product offers loans at 9% interest per month and after you approve, the interest becomes 16% per month

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@dtb_uganda kindly address the bug in the kwasa kwasa loan system that is charging 16% interest instead of 9%. Several attempts to bring this to your attention have been ignored.

[Othman Kimweri @othkimweri]

@dtb_uganda there seems to be problem with the kwasa kwasa loan service that offers loans at 9% but in reality charges them at 16%. Kindly advise
