One former employee at my uncle’s company lost his job over something that honestly divided opinions for weeks.

The guy was 32, calm, hardworking and one of the most trusted staff in the company. Everybody respected him because he had worked there for years without any issues. The boss even treated him differently from other employees because of how loyal he seemed.

Then somehow, things got complicated.

The man got close to the boss’s daughter who had just turned 16.

At first, nobody really paid attention because she used to visit the office sometimes after school and during holidays. She was friendly with many staff and always moving around freely because her father owned the company.

But over time, people started noticing the employee was unusually attached to her.

Small conversations became longer talks.
Random jokes became constant texting.
Then eventually rumors started spreading around the office.
