@Dropbox@DropboxSupport quality has declined _precipitously_. Perhaps it's time to focus on product and service quality? So annoyed I'm looking around for alternatives.
@AppleSupport I have a bricked iMac 15,1 *solely* because Apple has disabled the Big Sur installer on Monterey (and I assume other versions as well)… why? Apple is going to make me lug this thing into a store just so it can be booted? Incredible waste of time.
@GustoHQ has botched tax payments across three states for us, doesn’t follow up, and now doesn’t even return scheduled phone calls. Incredibly frustrating. Communicating with gusto is more difficult than with many state agencies(!)
@GustoHQ While I received a response, it only moved one of the issues forward a (possibly) small amount. When I requested a call to discuss the multiple tax issues? Nothing.

@StackerHQ Why did you decide to push RBAC only into the higher price tiers? It’s a fairly basic feature and disqualifies @StackerHQ for many small scale process applications.
After further communication it has become clear that when @GustoHQ makes a mistake, it doesn't stand by its service commitment. The responses I'm getting to a request to fix a problem the caused are... mind boggling.
@Iberia_en I called the .es number.... it says all operators are busy and disconnects. Before you suggest trying later, please know I have been trying to get hold of Iberia by various means for three days. I have never spoken to a person.
@GustoHQ I've been in touch with plenty of team members - frequently with unacceptable delays, and was so frustrated with a recent conversation that I'm commenting publicly. If Gusto wants to review some of the recent communication and reach out with a real solution, feel free.
@GustoHQ The "All-In-One People Platform for Payroll, Benefits, HR" — appears to be backing away from that commitment. We've had multiple significant operational issues with them in the last 12 months. Lots of errors, which is really disappointing, they used to be 💯
