@scoffy2606 @FolushoxFolarin @Sweeegu Do sincerely belive that 3yrs rent should be above the cost and value of a property? Cost of land and building 18k and rent 7k5 per year. This sound true to ur ears? I was paying 50 naira for school fee at that time.
