Over these 27 days, I have spent countless hours dealing with your customer service, only to be kept on hold for over an hour each time I call. Each conversation ends with empty promises, false assurances, and no follow-through. Today I’m told that your customer service team has no connection with the Social Media Team and can’t assist further. This is beyond frustrating—it’s a blatant show of incompetence and disrespect for your customers’ time and money.

For a company that prides itself on customer service, this is a complete failure. I demand that @amazonIN refund my money immediately, as you promised.
