@SER1897 Judging from my 14-year-old's profanity-laden rant on his IG account about the election, I'm wondering if some Gen Alphas will be the ones to figure out the anti-Rogan niche. Right now I have more faith in their generation than Gen Z.
@queerBengali You would have thought the guy had been a boxer or something. ;)
Pelosi was one of the great Speakers of our time, Reid was one of the great Senate Majority leaders.
@PelotaDawg@EJXD2 I used to record audio textbooks (I have a nice speaking voice, I'm told) and I remember a sociology one that talked about a new breed of billionaires who have no loyalty to country; just to each other and their bank accounts. We're about to be ruled by two of them (neither DJT)
@NewYorker@IChotiner The single biggest reason for Trump's victory is the character of the American people. They wanted this. Nothing Biden said or did would make a difference. The American people chose bigotry. Because that's who America is.
@JacquiHeinrich@lindyli I wish they'd stop lying to themselves about the American electorate. The Harris campaign did everything right, had they been running in a country like the one our teachers told us the USA was, instead of how it really is.
@transscribe Oh man. There is NOTHING she could have done. Look at what Trump did in the last month! It didn't matter; people wanted the racist white guy and now we're all stuck with him. There is nothing she could have done to break through that kind of bigotry. It's not her; it's us.
@Charlottean28@rodimusprime I don't see any circumstance in which a woman gets through the primaries ever again. Assuming we ever get to have primaries again.
@Charlottean28@rodimusprime Yeah. My heart is absolutely shredded about it. A Brit friend told me during the 2020 primaries it had to be Biden because it was going to have to be a white man. And he was right; I think anyone else would have lost. Now it feels like Biden's term was the last sad coda of the US
@Taniel And these dumb white women think they'll keep those rights once Trump and the GOP are in power. Ugh. And then they'll blame the Democrats for not saving them and vote GOP again.
@joshtpm@joanwalsh I'm so tired of the "terrible candidate" excuse. Hillary was a great candidate; Kamala was a great candidate. What's terrible is the American character, and I don't know what we do about that.
@XisElonGated@YourAnonNews And those same young idiots are also going to forget Gaza even exists, come January. It was never about the people in Gaza for them. It was their excuse.
@chemimommy I would like to hang out in your circles, if I may. Because you're right; they ran a perfect campaign. Unfortunately, they believed in a better America than the one that exists. I did too, until last night. I never will again.
@QasimRashid Whites are the majority of the US population, so yeah, actually I do think 51% of the country is xenophobic. Also racist and misogynistic. The problem isn't the Dems; it's the American people.
@weare_theleft@QasimRashid I think it's hilarious (in a horrible way) that those white women who voted to enshrine abortion rights into their state Constitutions and then voted Trump (or didn't vote for POTUS) think they're going to be keeping those rights.
@MSNCMan77@StephanieJ_DC They'll just find a way to blame the Democrats for (checks notes) not stopping it. And they'll bitch about the GOP and then vote for them again because that'll show those Democrats who didn't do anything when they (checks notes again) weren't in power.
