ONE DAY TO PUBLICATION! What a wonderful and thrilling journey it has been and now it's almost time to let THE FISHERMAN'S GIFT find its way in the world!๐๐๐
Take a look at this. A beautiful Siren of a cover that will lure in many a passing sailor/reader! All to be rewarded with the riches of the story within. Something to look forward to in March 2025. @juliarkelly2#TheFishermansGift
Eeek! So gorgeous!!๐
1900: a boy washes up on the beach of a small fishing village in a storm, bearing an uncanny resemblance to teacher Dorothy's son, lost many years before. And as the past rises to meet the present, long-buried secrets start to come to light.. ๐๐๐
@lockedinatardis Good to see you in the running again, Simon. Which makes it sound like you've entered for the Bendigo Cup, so I'd better get down to Ladbrokes for a flutter.
@SpacemanDan13 Thanks. Hope you get a chance. It's fading fast, couldn't see it with the naked eye here but quickly found it with binos. Should be easier where you are with your dark skies. Good luck!
@RobGMacfarlane A remarkable turn of events. The precise position will be very interesting, presumably factoring in glacier motion over time. Whether that can show where he fell, or whether his body was thrown down the mountain as per some recent Chinese reports, remains to be seen.
To celebrate PB publication day you can purchase The Black Feathers for the price of 99p.. on Kindle just in time for the spooky seasonโฆ. ๐ชถ๐ฏ๏ธ๐ชถ๐ฏ๏ธ๐ชถ๐ฏ๏ธ๐ชถ
We teamed up with our friends at @scottishbktrust to compile this list of 20 books, all set in Edinburgh to celebrate our 20th anniversary as a UNESCO City of Literature, one for every year!
What are your favourite books set in the capital?๐

@jeffyoungwriter @ObsNewReview@LittleToller Beautifully expressed, Jeff. Went through very similar with my dad. How little there was to say that he'd understand, at a time when I only wanted to talk with him forever!
@Andr6wMale Another Creation obscurity. Beautiful hazy low-fi melancholy. The follow up Bahama is more produced but the melodies still shine. Just as good live. Pity they disappeared.
