Anchor: What do are the chances of Mr Peter Obi in the forthcoming 2027 general elections in the scale of 1 to 10?

Aisha: Peter Obi has 9.5 chance of winning the 2027 general elections. He now has Engr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso who is also as astute politician and has its own political movement (Kwankwasiyya Group) as his running mate. Nigeria is also a place where people are suffering and the suffering has gotten to that place where propaganda won’t work because you can’t tell some they are not hungry when they are hungry. The government of Bola Tinubu has brought the country down and the suffering that has gone on including the way money is being spent lavishly on himself and on the people around him while every other thing is being ignored. This has shown that even his former supporters who felt genuinely that he is going to do right in government are now disillusioned for the fact that he was unable to do well. In the South-West, the “Emilokan” has not worked because you can see the suffering of the people even in his Lagos. My turn has turned into “Ebi n pa wa” (we are hungry). In the Northern part of the country, Tinubu has lost out because there is no acceptance of him in the north. The only way he was able to rig election was because he got a critical vote from the northern part of the country and right now, that critical number of votes is no longer there. Again, Mr Peter Obi has been able to gain more supporters right now. In 2022/2023 elections, many said he was 2 people tweeting in a room until he pulled the votes he had in 2023. So, they now saw that he has the ability and possibility to pull through compared to how he was perceived in 2023 being in Labour Party (unpopular party) at that time. Also, Peter Obi is not just only Obedient movement, there is a difference between obedient movement and Peter Obi’s supporters. His support based cuts across all Nigeria even people you don’t know beyond Obidient movement, OK movement and Kwankwasiyya Group. So, they are not limited to a political movement or political party.
