@SamsungMobileUS I ordered a Z Fold 6 and a watch. I had to return both. Z Fold 6 had a few issues. I was told it had to be repaired. This was a phone I had for 6 days! Meanwhile, Samsung claimed to have refunded the payment to the card. @TDBank_US claimed not have received the refund! Frustrated

It is a shame that I have been unable to resolve the multiple charges. It has been two weeks. I have been to a branch, called multiple times, faxed documents, but no one to respond. 3 hours on the phone waiting to be attended to. A shame.
