@FirstBankngr To my bewilderment today, @FirstBank charged me N53.75 each for 3 unsuccessful transactions which was purportedly due to insufficient fund. I only got to know when I finally made the transaction 'cause I reduced the amount to withdraw and then checked my transaction history.

@FirstBankngr I purchased Airtel airtime of N1000 yesterday via my First Bank App. My account was debited but no airtime was credited to my Airtel line 08120844598. Kindly, reverse the transaction. Note that I earlier made the same transaction same yesterday but the transaction was reversed.
