@JunoVero @KREFsports You do realize that his thumb was broken and he couldn’t hold the ball properly over the top so he was holding the underside of the ball and slinging it sidearm. It was all makeshift throwing from the day he came back from surgery.

Grit, guts and determination got him through.

A true fan shows up any time allowed in the stadium Not just when it’s convenient and weather is perfect. U only have 6 games a year in your home stadium. Why would you ever want to miss one? I’ve missed 3 in 42 years
