@tesspepper @SteveBarclay @RishiSunak @tesspepper I have read through and submitted my own. I have literally not gone a single shift without hearing about someone dying we could have got to or another colleague resigned. We are all so tired.

@Dr_BellaR This is awful, have been doing this myself recently when queuing aswell. It's awful. Colleagues are resigning left and right. I don't think I have done a shift recently where I haven't seen somebody cry.
