Advice for Young Coaches:
10) Get along with the other sport coaches at your school. Understand their busy season is different than yours. Support and respect them, share facilities cordially, be friendly, go to their games, help them. Treat those in your department like family.
Not True...Division 1’s are not out, but non D1 college coaches and a lot of good schools and programs are back out and attending these tournaments and looking for good players.
Find a school and program that truly WANTS you to come there and one that feels right inside!
