Joined @TalkTalk over a week ago to connect to their Fibre product through @CityFibre and I still have no connection. My advice, steer clear of both of these, as neither knows what the other is doing. Considering this is their whole job, it’s an absolute shambles!

So @verynetwork send me a parcel that looks 2nd hand, they won’t send out a replacement, I have to buy a new one after I put mine through as a return. Instead I ask for a gesture of goodwill. They say nope! They’ll look to sort out my postage cost on new purchase. Well done!

Has anyone else heard of the 3 minute rule that @LNER are touting to me? E.g. you must be on the train 3 minutes before departure for health and safety. This is there way of not giving me my refund!

@ClaireCressy1 @heytraceyonline @Vitality_UK Same for me! We have to drive 10+miles for cafe Nero, our cinema is Showcase. These gifts are set up for people in bigger cities I would say Londoners wouldn’t have a problem with any of it.

@LNER It was London Kings Cross to Peterborough last night. Your staff refused about 5 of us entry to the train claiming we needed to be there 3 mins before departure.

@LNER can you tell me where on your tickets it says that the train must be boarded 3 mins before departure because I can’t find it!

Clearly @LNER are on one today… jobsworth wouldn’t let me get on the train because they finish up checks 3 mins before leaving. Next train I get on they were letting people on right up until we left a minute early… your teams have no consistency!

We watched this last night. My (A) biggest issue with this was that the hook was the wrong shape! 🤦🏼‍♀️ We actually enjoyed the Captain Hook backstory which seems to have annoyed some 🤷🏼‍♀️
