@easyJet Let’s not forget, the past two weeks Easy Jet have left passengers behind at the airport in Portugal!!! Honestly POOR service, blame was being passed left right and centre.I rather pay the extra £100/£200 to FLY with @tapairportugal and @British_Airways !
@easyJet I had to tell the lady to note the situation at the airport! I am extremely , extremely, disappointed! I don’t think, I mean I will not fly with easy jet again, I am an unhappy customer, I’ve never been treated like this before on Easy Jet!
@easyJet as we were there, at the gate at 5:20pm! I have taken pictures of the board and on the easy jet app. When I spoke to the representative on the phone, she even stated that on her side , it did not show that there was a delay nor was my complaint noted
@easyJet when we were talking to the customer services after the stated we could not board because they plane “ has gone” there was an update on the airport board and on the easy jet app stating the flight has been delayed until 18:09/18:18. Therefore, we all could have boarded
@easyJet the staff members did not want to help us to Find a solution! I would like my accommodation , travels, food costs, all to be covered . The flight was delayed three hours , no vouchers were supplied to us, nothing! Not even a sense of sympathy!
@easyJet poor service at the airport, the staff members at the airport representing easy jet did not want to accept any liability of the fault that was made! Instead ,the supervisor had the cheek to call myself and the other 8 passengers who suffered from this error: INCOMPETENT
@easyJet After seeking help at the airport, we were told to follow the security guard that was suppose to assist us, he then just dumped us in the middle of the airport and walked away!
@easyJet however, that does not compensate for having to pay a night at a hotel, transport, food, and because of the Technical error and wrong communication given by the staff members at the airport I missed another day off work and my flight home!
@easyJet the airport staff was horrible! Phillipe who stated he was the supervisor for easy jet, was absolutely - absolutely RUDE and DISMISSIVE! Luckily for my partner and I , after being on the phone for 2 hours to easy jet they put us on a flight for today!
@easyJet I was at the airport at 1/2pm my flight was at 3:45pm delayed for three hours! And I went to my gate while it was boarding only to find out the gate was already closed but it had stated that on the screen. I had to pay for an overnight hotel, transport, food!
@easyJet I had to reactive this account that I haven’t used over 5 years to complain about my experience yesterday at Lisbon airport terminal 2! There was a technical error on the airport boards, on the easy jet app( live update) as a result I was not allowed to board!!!
