I am tired of pretending gesture navigation is in any way supperior to 3 button navigation.
Gesture navigation is a mistake and last i checked samsung still defaults to buttons.(Which is the correct option, good job samsung)
Dear Microsoft, when I hit the Windows Start menu key and start typing a word to autocomplete a search, I never, ever, EVER want it to return results of something not on my computer. Ever. Like, ever, ever, never.
@borftron3000@brave You can. But there's no such thing as a free lunch, the devs have to get paid somehow. This lets people support the project directly. The standalone version also stays minimal by default.
@hamnannde@brave People actively asked for it. The browser's free, but the people making it have to get paid. Letting people who want to support development directly is the opposite of something insult-worthy.
@OutofGalaxyy@cmallios89 Of course, those are a different category of product. They're transportables more than portables. I have to object to the shitty trackpad part - my gaming laptop has a very nice trackpad. The battery life is trash, which is why I have the Mac.
@saltyAom Nah, it's not the only reason. eg. Obsidian was a one couple project for a long time and even now their team size is under 10. Electron, but it's pretty efficient.
