We are back with another Nutrition Class – this time, the topic is Snacks!!! Join us at the Community Center on Wednesday, October 23rd from 5:30-7:00pm as we discuss healthy snack options and create yummy treats and smoothies.
This past Thursday, we had the honor of hosting Certified Dietician Nutritionist Ryan Zuber at the Community Center as he educated us on some healthy eating tips and tricks, and provided us with some tasty meals! It was such a great time!
