After a busy day on the water looking at the rainbows the groups @OutwardBoundUK are now practicing their presentations. Unfortunately none of the groups found a pot of gold but they have found lots of new skills in leadership which will last a lifetime.

We’re looking for 31 apprentices to join our award-winning craft #apprenticeship programme.

⚡Whether training as an electricity cable jointer, overhead linesperson or substation fitter, successful candidates will embark on comprehensive training – and get paid to learn!

And that’s not all – apprentices now also spend a week in the Lake District with @OutwardBoundUK, developing teamwork, resilience, confidence and communication skills.
