@LxngevityLab Respect to this man 🤝
Dr. Fung's work helped me understand what actually drives weight gain and fatigue.
Real food. Fewer spikes. More rhythm.
Some of the simplest changes made the biggest difference.
Most people try to burn fat by eating less or moving more.
But after 40, intra-abdominal fat responds best to blood sugar control + mitochondrial support.
It’s not just about calories—it’s about chemistry.
If you’ve been struggling to shed belly fat, you’re not alone.
Millions of people are stuck in the same cycle, convinced they’ve tried everything:
• The right diet
• Hours at the gym
• Cutting calories
So what’s really going on?
@TheWarEnglish Been thinking about this a lot lately...
It’s not just food or gym—it’s how they live.
Walking, sunlight, real meals, less stress... it all adds up.
We’ve been unpacking this piece by piece over on our profile.
@thegarybrecka Facts.
Aging isn’t just time passing—it’s internal damage accumulating.
Inflammation is the silent killer behind weight gain, fatigue, cravings, and brain fog.
Control that, and you control how you age.
@kneesovertoesg Mobility is the secret ingredient most people ignore until they’re in pain.
Deep squats aren’t just about strength—they restore function. This kind of work rewires your joints to move like they were designed to.
@AlpacaAurelius Sunlight isn’t the problem.
Ultra-processed food, chronic stress, blue light at midnight, and living indoors 90% of the time is.
The body didn’t evolve for that—but it thrived with the sun.
@Theholisticpsyc Truth.
Regulating your nervous system is a silent superpower.
Most sabotage doesn’t come from lack of love.
It comes from dysregulation, shame, and avoidance.
@DoctorTro Most “breakfast foods” are dessert in disguise.
People start their day in a blood sugar spike, then wonder why they crash by 10am.
Breakfast isn’t the problem—what you eat is.
@kwood319@DoctorTro Great question.
At that stage, supporting metabolism + reducing internal inflammation becomes just as important as diet.
I made a free guide on how certain coffee-based nutrients help activate fat-burning safely for 40+.
Happy to share if it helps.
@FitFounder Absolutely.
Mental fatigue is what derails most people—not lack of workouts.
I put together a free guide on how to support metabolism using your morning coffee—happy to share if helpful.

@RasmussenT56381 Love it! Sometimes real food > textbook guidelines.
I’ve been leaning more animal-based lately too, energy’s up, cravings down, brain’s sharper.
Its like our body knows.
Have you noticed any changes in sleep or skin since switching?
@Theholisticpsyc This perspective is so needed.
Emotions are messengers, not malfunctions.
Helping people build emotional resilience—that’s the real healing work. 🙏
But how can we make people know the difference though?
@VadimVeVe@IronSage_ Great question!
I take electrolytes (usually sodium + potassium) first thing with water when I wake up.
Then I wait 60–90 mins before having coffee.
This way, I hydrate first so caffeine doesn’t spike cortisol or dehydrate me. Total game changer.
