What a surprise.....repair date from @BTBusiness and @BTOpenreach1 for the phone lines has moved AGAIN!!! Now looking at 10th July, atrocious service. How are we meant to run a business with no phone service ? 😡
Once again 'fobbed' off by @btbusinesscare. Repair date now moved on another week to 7th July...nothing proactive being done to prioritise us as a business customer. Meanwhile we're potentially missing customer calls. Shocking service and again passing the book to @btopenreach

@btbusinesscare We've been in contact with the @BTBusiness team daily for the last ten days with absolutely no progress! Simply blaming in on @BTSopenreach and 'passing the book'
@bt_uk We've spoken to your @bt_uk daily since the 15th and STILL they haven't expedited any engineers to come and fix the issues. Not one @BTOpenreach1 engineer has visited our premises nor been seen at the exchange trying to fix this issue, despite numerous requests from us. Shocking

@TalesoftheCamp1 @BHHPA @UKHofficial@DCMS Extremely unfair to thousands of guests who’ve already moved/amended their bookings in response to facilities opening on May 17th!!! Leaves park owners with more very awkward conversations to be had!!!!
Imagine the conversation with a guest who’s just travelled 3 hrs to stay with us, desperate for the loo....‘we’re sorry you can’t use our immaculately clean facilities but you can use the unmonitored public toilets in the village’ it’s beyond ridiculous @TranquilParks @BHHPA
@BHHPA @watersidedorset And with immaculately clean facilities which we aren’t allowed to offer to our guests, although you can use toilets in supermarkets and other retail outlets without issue..... needs addressing ASAP
How can supermarkets and other retails outlets be allowed to offer toilets for guests yet caravan parks can’t until May 17th even with the stringent cleanliness we provide @TranquilParks @BHHPAros @Media_CAMC@HuddlestonNigel
